An-Nisá 4:133 ان يشا يذهبكم ايها الناس ويات باخرين وكان الله على ذالك قديرا ١٣٣
إِن
يَشَأۡ
يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ
أَيُّهَا
ٱلنَّاسُ
وَيَأۡتِ
بِـَٔاخَرِينَۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَىٰ
ذَٰلِكَ
قَدِيرٗا
١٣٣
If it were His will, He could destroy you, o mankind, and create another race; for He hath power this to do.

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
