انا كل شيء خلقناه بقدر ٤٩
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ بِقَدَرٍۢ ٤٩

شَيۡءٍ
خَلَقۡنَٰهُ
بِقَدَرٖ

Indeed, We have created everything, perfectly preordained.
