Al-Ma'idah 5:66 ولو انهم اقاموا التوراة والانجيل وما انزل اليهم من ربهم لاكلوا من فوقهم ومن تحت ارجلهم منهم امة مقتصدة وكثير منهم ساء ما يعملون ٦٦
وَلَوۡ
أَنَّهُمۡ
أَقَامُواْ
ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ
وَٱلۡإِنجِيلَ
وَمَآ
أُنزِلَ
إِلَيۡهِم
مِّن
رَّبِّهِمۡ
لَأَكَلُواْ
مِن
فَوۡقِهِمۡ
وَمِن
تَحۡتِ
أَرۡجُلِهِمۚ
مِّنۡهُمۡ
أُمَّةٞ
مُّقۡتَصِدَةٞۖ
وَكَثِيرٞ
مِّنۡهُمۡ
سَآءَ
مَا
يَعۡمَلُونَ
٦٦
Dacă ei ar împlini [legea din] Tora și Evanghelia și ceea ce li s-a pogorât de la Domnul lor [Coranul], atunci ei ar mânca din cele care se află deasupra lor și din cele care se află sub picioarele lor1. Printre ei se află un grup care merge pe o cale de mijloc, însă mulți dintre ei săvârșesc numai răutăți.
