Al-Hajj 22:61 ذالك بان الله يولج الليل في النهار ويولج النهار في الليل وان الله سميع بصير ٦١
ذَٰلِكَ
بِأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
يُولِجُ
ٱلَّيۡلَ
فِي
ٱلنَّهَارِ
وَيُولِجُ
ٱلنَّهَارَ
فِي
ٱلَّيۡلِ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
سَمِيعُۢ
بَصِيرٞ
٦١
So shall it be1 because it is Allah Who causes the night to emerge out of the day and causes the day2 to emerge out of the night and Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.3

The Creator and Controller of this World is Allah
Allah tells us that He is the Creator Who directs the affairs of His creation as He wills. He tells us:
قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَـلِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِى الْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُ بِيَد
