Al-Baqarah 2:223 نساوكم حرث لكم فاتوا حرثكم انى شيتم وقدموا لانفسكم واتقوا الله واعلموا انكم ملاقوه وبشر المومنين ٢٢٣
نِسَآؤُكُمْ
حَرْثٌ
لَّكُمْ ۪
فَاْتُوْا
حَرْثَكُمْ
اَنّٰی
شِئْتُمْ ؗ
وَقَدِّمُوْا
لِاَنْفُسِكُمْ ؕ
وَاتَّقُوا
اللّٰهَ
وَاعْلَمُوْۤا
اَنَّكُمْ
مُّلٰقُوْهُ ؕ
وَبَشِّرِ
الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ
۟
Wasze kobiety są dla was polem uprawnym. Przychodźcie więc na wasze pole, jak chcecie, i czyńcie pierwej coś dobrego dla samych siebie. Bójcie się Boga i wiedzcie, że się spotkacie z Nim! A ty głoś radosną wieść dla wierzących!

Sexual Intercourse with Menstruating Women is prohibited
Imam Ahmad recorded that Anas said that the Jews used to avoid their menstruating women, they would not eat, or even mingle with them in the house. The Companions of the Prophet asked about this matter and Allah revealed:
