شَرَّ

ٱلدَّوَآبِّ

عِندَ

ٱللَّهِ

ٱلصُّمُّ

ٱلۡبُكۡمُ

ٱلَّذِينَ

لَا

يَعۡقِلُونَ

Surely, the worst of all animals in the sight of Allah are the deaf and the dumb who do not understand.
