Al-Anbiyá 21:77 ونصرناه من القوم الذين كذبوا باياتنا انهم كانوا قوم سوء فاغرقناهم اجمعين ٧٧
وَنَصَرۡنَٰهُ
مِنَ
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَذَّبُواْ
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآۚ
إِنَّهُمۡ
كَانُواْ
قَوۡمَ
سَوۡءٖ
فَأَغۡرَقۡنَٰهُمۡ
أَجۡمَعِينَ
٧٧
and We helped him against a people who rejected Our signs as false. They were indeed an evil people and so We drowned them all.

Allah tells us how He responded to His servant and Messenger Nuh, peace be upon him, when he prayed to Him against his people for their disbelief in him:
