Al-An-Am 6:105 وكذالك نصرف الايات وليقولوا درست ولنبينه لقوم يعلمون ١٠٥
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
نُصَرِّفُ
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
وَلِيَقُولُواْ
دَرَسۡتَ
وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُۥ
لِقَوۡمٖ
يَعۡلَمُونَ
١٠٥
Thus do We make Our signs clear in diverse ways that they might say: 'You have learned this (from somebody)'; and 'We do this in order that We make the Truth clear to the people of knowledge.'1

The Meaning of Basa'ir
Basa'ir are the proofs and evidences in the Qur'an and the Message of Allah's Messenger ﷺ . The Ayah,
فَمَنْ أَبْصَرَ فَلِنَفْسِهِ
(so whosoever sees, will do so for (the good of) himself.) is similar to,
فَمَنُ اهْتَدَى فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِل
