أَشِحَّةً
عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ
فَإِذَا
جَآءَ
ٱلۡخَوۡفُ
رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ
يَنظُرُونَ
إِلَيۡكَ
تَدُورُ
أَعۡيُنُهُمۡ
كَٱلَّذِي
يُغۡشَىٰ
عَلَيۡهِ
مِنَ
ٱلۡمَوۡتِۖ
فَإِذَا
ذَهَبَ
ٱلۡخَوۡفُ
سَلَقُوكُم
بِأَلۡسِنَةٍ
حِدَادٍ
أَشِحَّةً
عَلَى
ٱلۡخَيۡرِۚ
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
لَمۡ
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
فَأَحۡبَطَ
ٱللَّهُ
أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡۚ
وَكَانَ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِ
يَسِيرٗا

Būdami šykštūs tau (dėl pagalbos Vardan Allaho). Tada, kai apims baimė, tu matysi juos žiūrinčius į tave, jų akys sukinėsis kaip vieno (iš tų), virš kurio sklando mirtis. Tačiau kai baimė nuslinks, jie smogs tau aštriais liežuviais, šykštūs (leisti ką nors dėl) gero (ir tik gobšūs karo grobio ir turto). Tokie nepatikėjo. Taigi Allahas padarė jų veiksmus bevaisius ir tai visada lengva Allahui.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
هَلُمَّ إِلَيْنَا
(Come here towards us,) meaning, come to where we are in the shade and enjoying fruits. But in spite of that,
وَلاَ يَأْتُونَ الْبَأْسَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً
أَشِحَّةً عَلَيْكُمْ
(they come not to the battle except a little, being miserly towards you.) i.e., `they are mean and have n
