وَفِيٓ

أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ

حَقّٞ

لِّلسَّآئِلِ

وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ

  And in their properties there was the right of the Sâ’il (the beggar who asks) and the Mahrûm (the poor who does not ask others)¹.
