مَن
رَّحِمَ
ٱللَّهُۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
هُوَ
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
ٱلرَّحِيمُ

४२) किन्तु जसमाथि अल्लाहले दया गर्दछ । निश्चय नै त्यो सर्वशक्ति सम्पन्न अत्यन्त दयावान छ ।

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
This World was created for a Wisdom
Here Allah tells us of His justice, and that He is far above mere play, folly and falsehood. This is like the Ayah:
وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَآءَ وَالاٌّرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَطِلاً ذَلِكَ ظَنُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنَ النَّارِ
