Sometimes life gets so quiet that you start wondering if Allah has forgotten you. The delays, the unanswered duʿa, the heavy heart… it makes you doubt. But this ayah is Allah gently telling you: “I was here all along. I never left.” Just because you can’t see what He’s doing, doesn’t mean He’s unaware of you or your situation. ❤️🩹
The two guardian angels protect us from any harm except what is decreed by Allah swt, and what is decreed by Allah swt is the best possible thing that can happen in life to bring us closer to Him. So trust in Allah and know someone is watching over you.
We are never truly alone. At every moment, four angels are with us—two recording our deeds, writing down every word we speak, every action we take, every intention that flickers in our...See more
Subhanallah this surah by itself is so beautiful and this verse is really heart touching when we are at hard time and times where we feel far from Allah this verse takes place.
Every time I feel down I find myself coming back to this surah somehow like one way or the other am here and as soon as i listen to this line there are tears in my eyes, even though am just listening and not reading the translation. It's as if this was all that I needed.
I woke up today — Alhamdulillāh — not recalling a single dream. But as the morning settled in, pieces came back to me. And with them… a wave of nostalgia.
It was about my old friends. From back in middle school — the first time I ever truly felt what it meant to have friends.

Some days you'll feel like a deflated balloon. Like all energy and motivation has been sapped out of you. You want to hide away and avoid life. We've all been there.

That you did not humble yourself in gratitude and nor did you look back and contemplate how He saved you from disaster over disa...See more

After waiting for a while to catch a glimpse of the sunset while going through my evening athkaar, there was still no sun to be found. It seemed like the cloud was covering every inch of its light. I almost got up and walked away, but something told me to be patient and give it time. After sitting for a while longer, the sun appeared for a brief moment before it finally set. And that grand appearance, as brief as it was, was worth every minute of...See more
In certain phases of life, we believers may feel as if we have become more disconnected from Allah's pleasure, mercy, and His blessings. More or less, this same feeling may be silently lurking inside some of us as we remember that Ramadan has just come to an end.
As I reflected on this, I was reminded that there was a period of time in the Prophet's life (peace be upon him) in which he himself started to feel that perhaps he was cut off or aban...See more
