فَذَكِّرۡ

إِنَّمَآ

أَنتَ

مُذَكِّرٞ

So, ˹continue to˺ remind ˹all, O  Prophet˺, for your duty is only to remind.

You are not ˹there˺ to compel them ˹to believe˺.
