٢٠

وَإِذَا
مَسَّهُ
ٱلۡخَيۡرُ
مَنُوعًا

and withholding when touched with good—
إِلَّا
ٱلۡمُصَلِّينَ

except those who pray,

and who give the rightful share of their wealth
