We certainly know that what they say grieves you ˹O Prophet˺. It is not your honesty they question—it is Allah’s signs that the wrongdoers deny.

Wouldn't be it more convincing if there was an angel who was preaching about God? These same questions are even asked by staunched atheists today.

Q17:95 was the command the prophet (pbuh) received to tackle the question raised by the staunched unbelievers 'why there is no angel from the heaven speaking these revelations instead of this 'mortal human being''.

But the true healthy critic or the seeker of Truth would think further and ask: 'How w...

Sometimes when you tell the truth, you can literally see the seal over someone’s heart.

You explain it clearly.
You explain it gently.
You explain it again in a different way.

And still… it does not enter.

Allah says in the Quran:

“Allah has sealed their hearts and their hearing, and their sight is covered. They will suffer a tremendous punishment.” (2:7)

Not every heart is open. And that is something we have to accept.

There is a hadith wh...

(6:33) we know that you are saddened by what they say; they are not rejecting you, but it is God's revelations which the wicked disregard.

Our prophet, just like a normal person took people's rudeness to heart and blamed himself. Understandably, He might have felt it was his failure that he couldn't convey the message properly. We see clearly by Allah's words that how hard it hit on his self- esteem. Subhan allah, how Allah showed him these n...
