اانتم تخلقونه ام نحن الخالقون ٥٩

ءَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُونَ ٥٩

ءَأَنتُمۡ
تَخۡلُقُونَهُۥٓ
أَمۡ
نَحۡنُ
ٱلۡخَٰلِقُونَ
٥٩

Is it you who create ˹a child out of˺ it, or is it We Who do so?

56:60

نحن قدرنا بينكم الموت وما نحن بمسبوقين ٦٠

نَحْنُ قَدَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ ٱلْمَوْتَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ٦٠

نَحۡنُ

قَدَّرۡنَا

بَيۡنَكُمُ

ٱلۡمَوۡتَ

وَمَا

نَحۡنُ

بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ

٦٠

We have ordained death for ˹all of˺ you, and We cannot be prevented

56:61

على ان نبدل امثالكم وننشيكم في ما لا تعلمون ٦١

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمْثَـٰلَكُمْ وَنُنشِئَكُمْ فِى مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ٦١

عَلَىٰٓ

أَن

نُّبَدِّلَ

أَمۡثَٰلَكُمۡ

وَنُنشِئَكُمۡ

فِي

مَا

لَا

تَعۡلَمُونَ

٦١

from transforming and recreating you in forms unknown to you.

56:62

ولقد علمتم النشاة الاولى فلولا تذكرون ٦٢

وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْتُمُ ٱلنَّشْأَةَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ فَلَوْلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ ٦٢

وَلَقَدۡ

عَلِمۡتُمُ

ٱلنَّشۡأَةَ

ٱلۡأُولَىٰ

فَلَوۡلَا

تَذَكَّرُونَ

٦٢

You already know how you were first created. Will you not then be mindful?

افرايتم ما تحرثون ٦٣

أَفَرَءَيْتُم مَّا تَحْرُثُونَ ٦٣

أَفَرَءَيۡتُم

مَّا

تَحۡرُثُونَ

٦٣

Have you considered what you sow?

56:64

اانتم تزرعونه ام نحن الزارعون ٦٤

ءَأَنتُمْ تَزْرَعُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلزَّٰرِعُونَ ٦٤

ءَأَنتُمۡ

تَزۡرَعُونَهُۥٓ

أَمۡ

نَحۡنُ

ٱلزَّٰرِعُونَ

٦٤

Is it you who cause it to grow, or is it We Who do so?

56:65

لو نشاء لجعلناه حطاما فظلتم تفكهون ٦٥

لَوْ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ حُطَـٰمًۭا فَظَلْتُمْ تَفَكَّهُونَ ٦٥

لَوۡ

نَشَآءُ

لَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ

حُطَٰمٗا

فَظَلۡتُمۡ

تَفَكَّهُونَ

٦٥

If We willed, We could simply reduce this ˹harvest˺ to chaff, leaving you to lament,

انا لمغرمون ٦٦

إِنَّا لَمُغْرَمُونَ ٦٦

إِنَّا

لَمُغۡرَمُونَ

٦٦

“We have truly suffered a ˹great˺ loss.

بل نحن محرومون ٦٧

بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُومُونَ ٦٧

بَلۡ

نَحۡنُ

مَحۡرُومُونَ

٦٧

In fact, we have been deprived ˹of our livelihood˺.”

افرايتم الماء الذي تشربون ٦٨

أَفَرَءَيْتُمُ ٱلْمَآءَ ٱلَّذِى تَشْرَبُونَ ٦٨

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ

ٱلۡمَآءَ

ٱلَّذِي

تَشۡرَبُونَ

٦٨

Have you considered the water you drink?

اانتم انزلتموه من المزن ام نحن المنزلون ٦٩

ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ ٦٩

ءَأَنتُمۡ

أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ

مِنَ

ٱلۡمُزۡنِ

أَمۡ

نَحۡنُ

ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ

٦٩

Is it you who bring it down from the clouds, or is it We Who do so?

56:70

لو نشاء جعلناه اجاجا فلولا تشكرون ٧٠

لَوْ نَشَآءُ جَعَلْنَـٰهُ أُجَاجًۭا فَلَوْلَا تَشْكُرُونَ ٧٠

لَوۡ

نَشَآءُ

جَعَلۡنَٰهُ

أُجَاجٗا

فَلَوۡلَا

تَشۡكُرُونَ

٧٠

If We willed, We could make it salty. Will you not then give thanks?

افرايتم النار التي تورون ٧١

أَفَرَءَيْتُمُ ٱلنَّارَ ٱلَّتِى تُورُونَ ٧١

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ

ٱلنَّارَ

ٱلَّتِي

تُورُونَ

٧١

Have you considered the fire you kindle?¹

اانتم انشاتم شجرتها ام نحن المنشيون ٧٢

ءَأَنتُمْ أَنشَأْتُمْ شَجَرَتَهَآ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنشِـُٔونَ ٧٢

ءَأَنتُمۡ

أَنشَأۡتُمۡ

شَجَرَتَهَآ

أَمۡ

نَحۡنُ

ٱلۡمُنشِـُٔونَ

٧٢

Is it you who produce its trees, or is it We Who do so?

56:73

نحن جعلناها تذكرة ومتاعا للمقوين ٧٣

نَحْنُ جَعَلْنَـٰهَا تَذْكِرَةًۭ وَمَتَـٰعًۭا لِّلْمُقْوِينَ ٧٣

نَحۡنُ

جَعَلۡنَٰهَا

تَذۡكِرَةٗ

وَمَتَٰعٗا

لِّلۡمُقۡوِينَ

٧٣

We have made it ˹as˺ a reminder ˹of the Hellfire˺ and a provision for the travellers.

56:74

فسبح باسم ربك العظيم ٧٤

فَسَبِّحْ بِٱسْمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ٧٤

فَسَبِّحۡ

بِٱسۡمِ

رَبِّكَ

ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

٧٤

So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Greatest.

56:75

۞ فلا اقسم بمواقع النجوم ٧٥

۞ فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَٰقِعِ ٱلنُّجُومِ ٧٥

۞ فَلَآ

أُقۡسِمُ

بِمَوَٰقِعِ

ٱلنُّجُومِ

٧٥

So I do swear by the positions of the stars—

وانه لقسم لو تعلمون عظيم ٧٦

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَقَسَمٌۭ لَّوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ ٧٦

وَإِنَّهُۥ

لَقَسَمٞ

لَّوۡ

تَعۡلَمُونَ

عَظِيمٌ

٧٦

and this, if only you knew, is indeed a great oath—
