واعلموا ان فيكم رسول الله لو يطيعكم في كثير من الامر لعنتم ولاكن الله حبب اليكم الايمان وزينه في قلوبكم وكره اليكم الكفر والفسوق والعصيان اولايك هم الراشدون ٧
وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ فِيكُمْ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ لَوْ يُطِيعُكُمْ فِى كَثِيرٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ لَعَنِتُّمْ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ حَبَّبَ إِلَيْكُمُ ٱلْإِيمَـٰنَ وَزَيَّنَهُۥ فِى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيْكُمُ ٱلْكُفْرَ وَٱلْفُسُوقَ وَٱلْعِصْيَانَ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلرَّٰشِدُونَ ٧
وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
فِيكُمۡ
رَسُولَ
ٱللَّهِۚ
لَوۡ
يُطِيعُكُمۡ
فِي
كَثِيرٖ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡأَمۡرِ
لَعَنِتُّمۡ
وَلَٰكِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
حَبَّبَ
إِلَيۡكُمُ
ٱلۡإِيمَٰنَ
وَزَيَّنَهُۥ
فِي
قُلُوبِكُمۡ
وَكَرَّهَ
إِلَيۡكُمُ
ٱلۡكُفۡرَ
وَٱلۡفُسُوقَ
وَٱلۡعِصۡيَانَۚ
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلرَّٰشِدُونَ
٧
And keep in mind that Allah’s Messenger is ˹still˺ in your midst. If he were to yield to you in many matters, you would surely suffer ˹the consequences˺.1 But Allah has endeared faith to you, making it appealing in your hearts. And He has made disbelief, rebelliousness, and disobedience detestable to you. Those are the ones rightly guided.

(لو يطيعكم في كثير من الأمر لعنتم) أي: لشقيتم، والعنت المشقة. وإنَّما قال: (لو يطيعكم)، ولم يقل: "لو أطاعكم": للدلالة على أنهم كانوا يريدون استمرار طاعته -عليه الصلاة والسلام- لهم، والحق خلاف ذلك، وإنَّما الواجب أن يطيعوه هم لا أن يطيعهم هو؛ وذلك أن رأي رسول الله خير وأصوب من رأي غيره، ولو أطاع الناس في رأيهم لهلكوا؛ فالواجب عليهم الانقياد إليه والرجوع إلى أمره، وإلى ذلك الإشارة بقوله: (ولكن الله حبب إليكم الإيمان) الآية. ابن جزي:2/375.
