O population of the Book, (Or: Family of the Book, i.e., Jews and Christians) do not go beyond the bounds in your religion and do not say concerning Allah (anything) except the Truth. Surely the Masih, Isa son of Maryam, (The Messiah, Jesus sonof Mary) was only the Messenger of Allah, and His Word that He cast forth to Maryam, and a Spirit from Him. So, believe in Allah and His Messengers, and do not say, "Three." Refrain; most charitable is it for you; surely Allah is only One God. All Extolment be to Him-that He should have a child. To Him (belongs) whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth; and Allah suffices for an Ever-Trusted Trustee.

O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do not exceed the limits in your religion, nor say of Allah aught but the truth. The Messiah 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more than) a Messenger of Allah and His Word, ("Be!" - and he was) which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit (Ruh) created by Him; so believe in Allah and His Messengers. Say not: "Three (trinity)!" Cease! (it is) better for you. For Allah is (the only) One Ilah (God), Glory be to Him (Far Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs.

and attribute to Allah nothing except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, son of
Mary, was only a Messenger of Allah, and His command2 that He conveyed
unto Mary, and a spirit from Him (which led to Mary's conception).3
So believe in Allah and in His Messengers,4 and do not say: (Allah
is a) trinity5. Give up this assertion; it would be better for
you. Allah is indeed just one God. Far be it from His glory that He should have
a son.6 To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth.7
Allah is sufficient for a guardian.8

The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) a messenger of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah and His messengers. Say not "Trinity": desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is one Allah: Glory be to Him: (far exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. Ô gens du Livre (Chrétiens) ! N’exagérez pas dans votre religion, et ne dites d’Allah que la vérité. Le Messie Jésus, fils de Marie, n’est qu’un Messager d’Allah, Sa parole qu’Il envoya à Marie, et un souffle (de vie) venant de Lui. Croyez donc en Allah et en Ses Messagers. Et ne dites pas : "Trois ." Cessez ! Ce sera meilleur pour vous. Allah n’est qu’un Dieu unique. Il est trop glorieux pour avoir un enfant. C’est à Lui qu’appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la terre et Allah suffit comme protecteur.
