آل عمران 3:97 فيه ايات بينات مقام ابراهيم ومن دخله كان امنا ولله على الناس حج البيت من استطاع اليه سبيلا ومن كفر فان الله غني عن العالمين ٩٧
فِیْهِ
اٰیٰتٌۢ
بَیِّنٰتٌ
مَّقَامُ
اِبْرٰهِیْمَ ۚ۬
وَمَنْ
دَخَلَهٗ
كَانَ
اٰمِنًا ؕ
وَلِلّٰهِ
عَلَی
النَّاسِ
حِجُّ
الْبَیْتِ
مَنِ
اسْتَطَاعَ
اِلَیْهِ
سَبِیْلًا ؕ
وَمَنْ
كَفَرَ
فَاِنَّ
اللّٰهَ
غَنِیٌّ
عَنِ
الْعٰلَمِیْنَ
۟
there are clear signs in it; it is the place where Abraham stood to pray; whoever enters it is safe. Pilgrimage to the House is a duty owed to God by people who are able to undertake it. Those who reject this [should know that] God has no need of anyone.

Wherein are plain memorials (of Allah's guidance); the place where Abraham stood up to pray; and whosoever entereth it is safe. And pilgrimage to the House is a duty unto Allah for mankind, for him who can find a way thither. As for him who disbelieveth, (let him know that) lo! Allah is Independent of (all) creatures.

تفسیر ابنِ کثیر
ذکر بیت اللہ اور احکامات حج ٭٭…
یعنی لوگوں کی عبادت،قربانی،طواف، نماز،اعتکاف وغیرہ کے لیے اللہ تعالیٰ کا گھر ہے جس کے بانی سیدنا ابراہیم خلیل علیہ السلام ہیں، جن کی تابعداری کا دعویٰ یہود و نصاریٰ مشرکین اور مسلمان سب کو ہے وہ اللہ کا گھر جو سب سے پہلے مکہ میں بنایا گیا ہے، اور بلاشبہ خلیل اللہ ہی حج
