( وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِمْ مُّنذِرِينَ ) أى : ولقد أرسلنا فى هؤلاء السابقين أنبياء كثيرين . ينذرونهم ويخوفونهم من عاقبة الكفر والشرك ، ولكن أكثر هؤلاء الأقوام لم يستيجبوا للحق .
