إِنَّا

جَعَلۡنَا

فِيٓ

أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ

أَغۡلَٰلٗا

فَهِيَ

إِلَى

ٱلۡأَذۡقَانِ

فَهُم

مُّقۡمَحُونَ

˹It is as if˺ We have put shackles around their necks up to their chins, so their heads are forced up,
