Al-Baqarah ۲۱۷:۲ يسالونك عن الشهر الحرام قتال فيه قل قتال فيه كبير وصد عن سبيل الله وكفر به والمسجد الحرام واخراج اهله منه اكبر عند الله والفتنة اكبر من القتل ولا يزالون يقاتلونكم حتى يردوكم عن دينكم ان استطاعوا ومن يرتدد منكم عن دينه فيمت وهو كافر فاولايك حبطت اعمالهم في الدنيا والاخرة واولايك اصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون ٢١٧

They ask you about the sacred month¹ - about fighting therein. Say, "Fighting therein is great [sin], but averting [people] from the way of Allāh and disbelief in Him and [preventing access to] al-Masjid al-Ḥarām and the expulsion of its people therefrom are greater [evil] in the sight of Allāh. And fitnah² is greater than killing." And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able. And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.

Ils t’interrogent sur le mois sacré et s’il est permis d’y combattre. Dis: “Y combattre est un péché grave, mais plus grave encore auprès d’Allah est de faire obstacle au sentier d’Allah, d’être impie envers Lui et la Mosquée Sacrée, et d’expulser de là ses habitants. L’association est plus grave que le meurtre.” Or, ils ne cesseront de vous combattre jusqu’à, s’ils peuvent, vous détourner de votre religion. Et ceux parmi vous qui adjureront leur religion et mourront infidèles, vaines seront pour eux leurs actions dans la vie immédiate et la vie future. Voilà les gens du Feu: ils y demeureront éternellement. ¹
