In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful

يعذب من يشاء ويرحم من يشاء واليه تقلبون ٢١

يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ ٢١

يُعَذِّبُ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَرۡحَمُ
مَن
يَشَآءُۖ
وَإِلَيۡهِ
تُقۡلَبُونَ
٢١

He punishes whoever He wills, and shows mercy to whoever He wills. And you will ˹all˺ be returned to Him.
