۞ اوفوا الكيل ولا تكونوا من المخسرين ١٨١
۞ أَوْفُوا۟ ٱلْكَيْلَ وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْسِرِينَ ١٨١

Give full measure, and cause no loss ˹to others˺.

والمراد: الأمر بوفاء الوزن وإتمامه، والنهي عن النقص دون النهي عن الزيادة، والظاهر أنه لم ينه عنها، ولم يؤمر بها في الكيل والوزن، وكأن ذلك دليل على أن من فعلها فقد أحسن، ومن لم يفعلها فلا عليه. الألوسي:10/117.
