And they brought his shirt, stained with false blood.1 He responded, “No! Your souls must have tempted you to do something ˹evil˺. So ˹I can only endure with˺ beautiful patience!2 It is Allah’s help that I seek to bear your claims.”

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

I can hardly bear to imagine this moment.

The Mother of the Believers
Returns from an expedition with the believers —
Then falls ill.
For nearly a month,
Her body aches,
Unaware that her name —
Her dignity —
Has been dragged through the streets.

And near the end of her sickness,
She hears it.
The slander.
The accusations.

A city that once loved her —
Now echoes with lies.
And what hurt most…
Was not tha...

Patience is required when there are undesired twists or ugly turns in life.
Beautiful dealing is not even the last thing on the minds when the cake hits the fan.

How many reminders or javelin throws does one need to ace the habit of BEAUTIFUL PATIENCE.

How many ugly divorces l have seen or axed foreheads for a piece of land…..

PEOPLE  TRAIN FOR OLYMPICS……LETS TRAIN FOR JANNAH

Controlling emotions is a skill mastered like any other. Who is...

صَبرٌ جَمِيلٌ
In the face of treachery, hatred, and envy, the only beauty remaining for Yaqub Aleyhisselam was the beauty of patience. To have held onto the grudge against those who separated him from Yusuf would have been to succumb to a cycle of negativity. Instead, he chose the steadfastness of sabr, the one truly beautiful choice available amidst the chaos.
So when you choose Sabr, choose it with grace. In the midst of trial, it can be the on...

Bismillah. Both '...Wa lā yaẓlimu rabbuka aḥadan' (18:49) and 'A-laysa Allāhu bi-aḥkami l-ḥākimīn' (95:8) affirm Allah’s justice, but they do so in distinct and complementary ways. Together, they affirm that Allah not only never wrongs anyone, but also judges with perfect wisdom — no injustice and no imperfection. One negates all injustice, the other declares the highest level of justice.

As a divorced dad of a 3 year old son, who's now a 10 hou...

For anyone who has lost a child or had to part with him/ her due to uncontrollable circumstances can relate to the grief of Prophet Yaqoub’s ( AS) story.
His story teaches us patience in the most beautiful way and reliance on Allah SWT that He will surely reunite us in Akhirah with our children/ loved ones who were separated from us.

Yaqoob (AS) was still sad about his loss of Yusuf (AS). He went blind over suppression of his grief, yet he still took his sufferings only to Allah. Despite the intense grief he felt and he knew he had to carry what he can and leave the rest to Allah. It’s a lesson for you that if it's getting too heavy for you, remember that you don't have to carry it all alone, do your best and He will do the rest.

Always remember that Allah would never let y...

How to cultivate Sabrun Jameel

It’s not enough to think, ok let me have sabrun jameel, it’s a good thing to have. Allah said , have patience, practice patience and compete with each other in patience.
I have come up with some steps
1. Intention
- [ ] Make clear intention
- [ ] Renew and purity it time to time
2. Gather knowledge
- [ ] Quran and Hadith are flooded with virtues and rewards of patience
- [ ] Books of different scholars
- [ ] K...

Connection between Surah Hud and Surah Yusuf.
'WORSHIP' and 'TAWAKKUL'
It was so amazing while reciting Quran, I noticed that ALLAH ended the surah Hud with the ayah of tawakkul and worshipping Him and then in start of the next surah which is surah Yusuf, mentioned it as the 'ahsan ul qasas/best of the stories'.

Because in this surah ALLAH mentioned the utmost tawakkul, patience and endless hope in ALLAH of Hazrat Yaqoob a.s,
and on the othe...

And they brought upon his shirt false blood. [Jacob] said, 'Rather, your souls have enticed you to something, so patience is most fitting. And Allāh is the one sought for help against that which you describe.' (12:18)
