قَالَ
لَقَدۡ
ظَلَمَكَ
بِسُؤَالِ
نَعۡجَتِكَ
إِلَىٰ
نِعَاجِهِۦۖ
وَإِنَّ
كَثِيرٗا
مِّنَ
ٱلۡخُلَطَآءِ
لَيَبۡغِي
بَعۡضُهُمۡ
عَلَىٰ
بَعۡضٍ
إِلَّا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
وَعَمِلُواْ
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
وَقَلِيلٞ
مَّا
هُمۡۗ
وَظَنَّ
دَاوُۥدُ
أَنَّمَا
فَتَنَّٰهُ
فَٱسۡتَغۡفَرَ
رَبَّهُۥ
وَخَرَّۤ
رَاكِعٗاۤ
وَأَنَابَ ۩

Davut: Koyununu kendi koyunları arasına katmak istemekle sana haksızlık etmiş. Zaten ortakların çoğu, birbirlerine zulmeder. Ancak iman eden salih amellerde bulunanlar hariç. Bunlar da ne kadar az! Davut, kendisini imtihan ettiğimizi anlamış ve Rabbinden bağışlanma dileyerek secdeye kapanmış ve O’na yönelmişti.
