Nuh 71:27 انك ان تذرهم يضلوا عبادك ولا يلدوا الا فاجرا كفارا ٢٧

Hakika ukiwaacha watawapoteza waja wako, wala wao hawatazaa ila waovu makafiri. 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
مِّمَّا خَطِيئَتِهِمْ
(Because of their sins) It also has been recited as; (خَطَايَاهُمْ) (their errors.)
أُغْرِقُواْ
(they were drowned,) meaning, for their numerous sins, rebellion, persistence in disbelief and opposition to their Messengers.
