At-Tawba 9:38 يا ايها الذين امنوا ما لكم اذا قيل لكم انفروا في سبيل الله اثاقلتم الى الارض ارضيتم بالحياة الدنيا من الاخرة فما متاع الحياة الدنيا في الاخرة الا قليل ٣٨
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
مَا
لَكُمۡ
إِذَا
قِيلَ
لَكُمُ
ٱنفِرُواْ
فِي
سَبِيلِ
ٱللَّهِ
ٱثَّاقَلۡتُمۡ
إِلَى
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
أَرَضِيتُم
بِٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
مِنَ
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۚ
فَمَا
مَتَٰعُ
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
فِي
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
إِلَّا
قَلِيلٌ
٣٨
Enyi mlioamini! Mna nini mnapoambiwa: Nendeni katika Njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu, mnajitia uzito katika ardhi? Je, mmeridhia maisha ya dunia kuliko ya Akhera? Lakini starehe za maisha ya dunia kwa kulinganisha na Akhera siyo isipokuwa chache.

Admonishing clinging to Life rather than rushing to perform Jihad
Allah admonishes those who lagged behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the battle of Tabuk, at a time when fruits were ripe and shades tempting in the intense and terrible heat,
يَأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُم
