As-Saaffat 37:123 وان الياس لمن المرسلين ١٢٣
وَإِنَّ
إِلۡيَاسَ
لَمِنَ
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
١٢٣
Na hakika Ilyas bila ya shaka alikuwa miongoni mwa Mitume.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَلاَ تَتَّقُونَ
(When he said to his people: "Will you not have Taqwa") means, `do you not fear Allah when you worship others instead of Him'
