An-Nisaa 4:93 ومن يقتل مومنا متعمدا فجزاوه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه واعد له عذابا عظيما ٩٣
وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
Na mwenye kumuuwa Muumini kwa kukusudia, basi malipo yake ni Jahannamu humo atadumu, na Mwenyezi Mungu amemkasirikia, na amemlaani, na amemuandalia adhabu kubwa. 1

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
