An-Nisaa 4:3 وان خفتم الا تقسطوا في اليتامى فانكحوا ما طاب لكم من النساء مثنى وثلاث ورباع فان خفتم الا تعدلوا فواحدة او ما ملكت ايمانكم ذالك ادنى الا تعولوا ٣
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
أَلَّا
تُقۡسِطُواْ
فِي
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
فَٱنكِحُواْ
مَا
طَابَ
لَكُم
مِّنَ
ٱلنِّسَآءِ
مَثۡنَىٰ
وَثُلَٰثَ
وَرُبَٰعَۖ
فَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
أَلَّا
تَعۡدِلُواْ
فَوَٰحِدَةً
أَوۡ
مَا
مَلَكَتۡ
أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
أَدۡنَىٰٓ
أَلَّا
تَعُولُواْ
٣
Na ikiwa mnaogopa kuwa hamtowafanyia mayatima uadilifu, basi oeni mnaowapenda katika wanawake, wawili au watatu au wanne. Na mkiogopa kuwa hamwezi kufanya uadilifu, basi mmoja tu, au wale ambao mikono yenu ya kulia imewamiliki. Kufanya hivi ndiko kutapelekea msidhulumu.

Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
