An-Nisaa 4:166 لاكن الله يشهد بما انزل اليك انزله بعلمه والملايكة يشهدون وكفى بالله شهيدا ١٦٦
لَّٰكِنِ
ٱللَّهُ
يَشۡهَدُ
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
إِلَيۡكَۖ
أَنزَلَهُۥ
بِعِلۡمِهِۦۖ
وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
يَشۡهَدُونَۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
شَهِيدًا
١٦٦
Lakini Mwenyezi Mungu anayashuhudia yale aliyokuteremshia wewe. Aliyateremsha kwa elimu yake, na Malaika pia wanashuhudia. Na Mwenyezi Mungu anatosha kuwa shahidi wa sawasawa.
Soma Tafsir
Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِنَّآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ
(Verily, We have inspired you...) emphasized the Prophet's prophethood and refuted the idolators and People of the Scripture who denied him. Allah said,
لَّكِنِ اللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ إِلَيْكَ
(But Allah bears witness to that which He has sent down unto you,) meaning
…إِنَّآ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ
(Verily, We have inspired you...) emphasized the Prophet's prophethood and refuted the idolators and People of the Scriptur
