Al-Ahqaf 46:12 ومن قبله كتاب موسى اماما ورحمة وهاذا كتاب مصدق لسانا عربيا لينذر الذين ظلموا وبشرى للمحسنين ١٢
وَمِن
قَبۡلِهِۦ
كِتَٰبُ
مُوسَىٰٓ
إِمَامٗا
وَرَحۡمَةٗۚ
وَهَٰذَا
كِتَٰبٞ
مُّصَدِّقٞ
لِّسَانًا
عَرَبِيّٗا
لِّيُنذِرَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ظَلَمُواْ
وَبُشۡرَىٰ
لِلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
١٢
Na kabla yake kilikuwapo Kitabu cha Musa, kuwa chenye uwongozi na rehema. Na hichi ni Kitabu cha kusadikisha na kilicho kuja kwa lugha ya Ki./Arabu, ili kiwaonye walio dhulumu, na kiwe ni bishara kwa watendao mema. 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Qur'an is Allah's True Speech and the Position of the Disbelievers and the Muslims towards it
Allah says,
قُلْ
(Say) meaning, `O Muhammad to these idolators who disbelieve in the Qur'an.'
أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن كَانَ
(Tell me! If it was) meaning, this Qur'an.
مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ وَكَفَرْتُمْ بِهِ
(from Allah,
