Al-Aaraf 7:31 ۞ يا بني ادم خذوا زينتكم عند كل مسجد وكلوا واشربوا ولا تسرفوا انه لا يحب المسرفين ٣١
۞ يَٰبَنِيٓ
ءَادَمَ
خُذُواْ
زِينَتَكُمۡ
عِندَ
كُلِّ
مَسۡجِدٖ
وَكُلُواْ
وَٱشۡرَبُواْ
وَلَا
تُسۡرِفُوٓاْۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
لَا
يُحِبُّ
ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ

Enyi wanaadamu! Chukueni pambo lenu kwenye kila pahala wakati wa ibada, na kuleni, na kunyweni na wala msifanye ubadhirifu. Kwa hakika Yeye hapendi wanao fanya israfu. 1
