لَّن
يَسۡتَنكِفَ
ٱلۡمَسِيحُ
أَن
يَكُونَ
عَبۡدٗا
لِّلَّهِ
وَلَا
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَۚ
وَمَن
يَسۡتَنكِفۡ
عَنۡ
عِبَادَتِهِۦ
وَيَسۡتَكۡبِرۡ
فَسَيَحۡشُرُهُمۡ
إِلَيۡهِ
جَمِيعٗا

Mesihu nuk tërhiqet prej asaj se është rob i All-llahut, nuk tërhiqet as engjëjt më të zgjedhur. Kush tërhiqet prej adhurimit ndaj Tij dhe bën mendjemadhësi, Ai so t’i ringjallë dhe do t’i tubojë të gjithë pranë Tij.

Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that Ibn `Abbas said that, `proud', means insolent. Qatadah said that,
