تِلۡكَ
ٱلۡقُرَىٰ
نَقُصُّ
عَلَيۡكَ
مِنۡ
أَنۢبَآئِهَاۚ
وَلَقَدۡ
جَآءَتۡهُمۡ
رُسُلُهُم
بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ
فَمَا
كَانُواْ
لِيُؤۡمِنُواْ
بِمَا
كَذَّبُواْ
مِن
قَبۡلُۚ
كَذَٰلِكَ
يَطۡبَعُ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَىٰ
قُلُوبِ
ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
١٠١
Këto janë fshatra për të cilat po të tregojmë disa nga lajmet e tyre. Atyre iu patën ardhur të dërguarit e tyre me argumente (me mrekulli), por ata nuk i besuan asaj të cilën më parë e kishin gënjyer. Ja, kështu vulos All-llahu zemrat e atyre që nuk besojnë.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
تِلْكَ الْقُرَى نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ
(Those were the towns that We relate to you) O Muhammad,
مِنْ أَنبَآئِهَا
(their story), and news,
وَلَقَدْ جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَتِ
(And there came indeed to them their Messengers with clear proofs,) and evidences of the truth of what they brought them. All
