Al-Anfal 8:54 كداب ال فرعون والذين من قبلهم كذبوا بايات ربهم فاهلكناهم بذنوبهم واغرقنا ال فرعون وكل كانوا ظالمين ٥٤
كَدَأۡبِ
ءَالِ
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
وَٱلَّذِينَ
مِن
قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ
كَذَّبُواْ
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
رَبِّهِمۡ
فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُم
بِذُنُوبِهِمۡ
وَأَغۡرَقۡنَآ
ءَالَ
فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ
وَكُلّٞ
كَانُواْ
ظَٰلِمِينَ
٥٤
Zoals Fir'aun en zijn volgelingen en degenen vóór hen; zij loochhenden de Tekenen van hun Heer, waarna Wij hen vernietigden wegens hun zonden. En Wij verdronken Fir'aun en zijn volgelingen en zij allen waren onrechtplegers.

Allah affirms His perfect justice and fairness in His decisions, for He decided that He will not change a bounty that He has granted someone, except on account of an evil that they committed. Allah said in another Ayah,
