An-Nisa 4:6 وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان انستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تاكلوها اسرافا وبدارا ان يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا ٦

Mettete alla prova gli orfani finché raggiungano la pubertà e, se si comportano rettamente, restituite loro i loro beni. Non affrettatevi a consumarli e a sperperarli prima che abbiano raggiunto la maggiore età. Chi è ricco se ne astenga, chi è povero ne usi con moderazione ¹ . E quando restituite i loro beni, chiamate i testimoni; ma Allah basta a tenere il conto di ogni cosa.
