وَلِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
وَلَقَدۡ
وَصَّيۡنَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
أُوتُواْ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
أَنِ
ٱتَّقُواْ
ٱللَّهَۚ
وَإِن
تَكۡفُرُواْ
فَإِنَّ
لِلَّهِ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَكَانَ
ٱللَّهُ
غَنِيًّا
حَمِيدٗا
١٣١
Appartiene ad Allah tutto quello che è nei cieli e sulla terra. «Temete Allah!», ecco quello che abbiamo ordinato a coloro che ricevettero la Scrittura prima di voi. E se sarete miscredenti, ebbene, Allah possiede tutto quello che c’è nei cieli e sulla terra! Allah basta a Se Stesso, è il Degno di lode.

The Necessity of Taqwa of Allah
Allah states that He is the Owner of the heavens and earth and that He is the Supreme Authority over them. Hence Allah's statement,
وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَـبَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّـكُمْ
