Al-Ma'idah 5:97 ۞ جعل الله الكعبة البيت الحرام قياما للناس والشهر الحرام والهدي والقلايد ذالك لتعلموا ان الله يعلم ما في السماوات وما في الارض وان الله بكل شيء عليم ٩٧
۞ جَعَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
ٱلۡكَعۡبَةَ
ٱلۡبَيۡتَ
ٱلۡحَرَامَ
قِيَٰمٗا
لِّلنَّاسِ
وَٱلشَّهۡرَ
ٱلۡحَرَامَ
وَٱلۡهَدۡيَ
وَٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
يَعۡلَمُ
مَا
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَمَا
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بِكُلِّ
شَيۡءٍ
عَلِيمٌ
٩٧
Allah ha fatto della Ka‘ba, della Santa Casa, un luogo di preghiera per gli uomini. [Lo stesso vale] per il mese sacro, l’offerta di animali e gli ornamenti delle vittime sacrificali 1 . Ciò affinché sappiate che Allah conosce veramente tutto quello che vi è nei cieli e sulla terra. In verità Allah conosce ogni cosa.

Water Game is Allowed for the Muhrim
Sa`id bin Al-Musayyib, Sa`id bin Jubayr and others commented on Allah's statement;
أُحِلَّ لَكُمْ صَيْدُ الْبَحْرِ
(Lawful to you is (the pursuit of) water game...) that it means, what one eats fresh from it, while,
وَطَعَامُهُ
(And its use for food) what is eaten dry
