وما كان استغفار ابراهيم لابيه الا عن موعدة وعدها اياه فلما تبين له انه عدو لله تبرا منه ان ابراهيم لاواه حليم ١١٤
وَمَا كَانَ ٱسْتِغْفَارُ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ لِأَبِيهِ إِلَّا عَن مَّوْعِدَةٍۢ وَعَدَهَآ إِيَّاهُ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُۥٓ أَنَّهُۥ عَدُوٌّۭ لِّلَّهِ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُ ۚ إِنَّ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ لَأَوَّٰهٌ حَلِيمٌۭ ١١٤
Spiegazione
These are alternative ways of expressing this name in Arabic. There is variation in the way the word is written in the various codices and surahs, and while most readings pronounce it consistently as Ibrāhīm, some narrations pronounce it as Ibrāhām at specific junctures.
