ٱللَّهُ
يَتَوَفَّى
ٱلۡأَنفُسَ
حِينَ
مَوۡتِهَا
وَٱلَّتِي
لَمۡ
تَمُتۡ
فِي
مَنَامِهَاۖ
فَيُمۡسِكُ
ٱلَّتِي
قَضَىٰ
عَلَيۡهَا
ٱلۡمَوۡتَ
وَيُرۡسِلُ
ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰٓ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَجَلٖ
مُّسَمًّىۚ
إِنَّ
فِي
ذَٰلِكَ
لَأٓيَٰتٖ
لِّقَوۡمٖ
يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

アッラー*は魂を、その死の折にお召しになる。また、その眠りにおいて死ななかったもの（魂）も。そしてかれは、死を決定されたものを（そのまま）留められ、別のものは定められた期限まで放たれ（、その肉体へとお戻しにな）る[1]。本当にその中にはまさしく、熟考する民への御徴[2]があるのだ。 1

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَبَ
(Verily, We have sent down to you the Book) meaning, the Qur'an.
لِلنَّاسِ بِالْحَق
(for mankind in truth.) means, for all of creation, mankind and Jinn, so that he may warn them therewith.
