Al-Háy 22:61 ذالك بان الله يولج الليل في النهار ويولج النهار في الليل وان الله سميع بصير ٦١
ذَٰلِكَ
بِأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
يُولِجُ
ٱلَّيۡلَ
فِي
ٱلنَّهَارِ
وَيُولِجُ
ٱلنَّهَارَ
فِي
ٱلَّيۡلِ
وَأَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
سَمِيعُۢ
بَصِيرٞ
٦١
Dies, weil Allah die Nacht in den Tag eindringen und den Tag in die Nacht eindringen läßt und weil Allah Allhörend und Allsehend ist.

The Creator and Controller of this World is Allah
Allah tells us that He is the Creator Who directs the affairs of His creation as He wills. He tells us:
قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَلِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِى الْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُ بِيَدِ
