Al-Anbiyá 21:95 وحرام على قرية اهلكناها انهم لا يرجعون ٩٥
وَحَرَٰمٌ
عَلَىٰ
قَرۡيَةٍ
أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَآ
أَنَّهُمۡ
لَا
يَرۡجِعُونَ
٩٥
අප විනාශ කළ ගම්මාන වෙත (එහි ජනයා නැවත පැමිණීම) තහනම් විය. නියත වශයෙන් ම ඔවුහු නැවත හැරී නො එති.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Those who have been destroyed, will never return to this World.
وَحَرَامٌ عَلَى قَرْيَةٍ
(And a ban is laid on every town) Ibn `Abbas said, "it is enforced", i.e., it has been decreed that the people of each township that has been destroyed will never return to this world before the Day of Resurrectio
