Al-Aaraf 7:35 يا بني ادم اما ياتينكم رسل منكم يقصون عليكم اياتي فمن اتقى واصلح فلا خوف عليهم ولا هم يحزنون ٣٥
يَٰبَنِيٓ
ءَادَمَ
إِمَّا
يَأۡتِيَنَّكُمۡ
رُسُلٞ
مِّنكُمۡ
يَقُصُّونَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
ءَايَٰتِي
فَمَنِ
ٱتَّقَىٰ
وَأَصۡلَحَ
فَلَا
خَوۡفٌ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
وَلَا
هُمۡ
يَحۡزَنُونَ
٣٥
O children of Adam! When messengers from among yourselves come to you reciting My revelations—whoever shuns evil and mends their ways, there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve.

O children of Adam, if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My verses [i.e., scriptures and laws], then whoever fears Allāh and reforms - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ
(And every Ummah has), meaning, each generation and nation,
أَجَلٌ فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهُمْ
(its appointed term; when their term comes) which they were destined for,
لاَ يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ سَاعَةً وَلاَ يَسْتَقْدِمُونَ
(neither can they delay it nor can they advance it an hour (or a mome
