نحن خلقناهم وشددنا اسرهم واذا شينا بدلنا امثالهم تبديلا ٢٨
نَّحْنُ خَلَقْنَـٰهُمْ وَشَدَدْنَآ أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ وَإِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ أَمْثَـٰلَهُمْ تَبْدِيلًا ٢٨
نَّحۡنُ
خَلَقۡنَٰهُمۡ
وَشَدَدۡنَآ
أَسۡرَهُمۡۖ
وَإِذَا
شِئۡنَا
بَدَّلۡنَآ
أَمۡثَٰلَهُمۡ
تَبۡدِيلًا
٢٨
It is We Who created them and perfected their ˹physical˺ form. But if We will, We can easily replace them with others.

(نحن خلقناهم) أي: أوجدناهم من العدم، (وشددنا أسرهم) أي: أحكمنا خلقتهم بالأعصاب، والعروق، والأوتار، والقوى الظاهرة والباطنة؛ حتى تم الجسم واستكمل، وتمكن من كل ما يريده. فالذي أوجدهم على هذه الحالة قادر على أن يعيدهم بعد موتهم لجزائهم. السعدي: 903.
