وهو القاهر فوق عباده وهو الحكيم الخبير ١٨

وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ ١٨

وَهُوَ
ٱلۡقَاهِرُ
فَوۡقَ
عِبَادِهِۦۚ
وَهُوَ
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
١٨

And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise,¹ the Aware.²
