Al-Waqiah 56:86 فلولا ان كنتم غير مدينين ٨٦
فَلَوۡلَآ

كُنتُمۡ
غَيۡرَ
مَدِينِينَ

Now, if you are not subject to Our Will ˹as you claim˺,
