يُعَذِّبُ

مَن

يَشَآءُ

وَيَرۡحَمُ

مَن

يَشَآءُۖ

وَإِلَيۡهِ

تُقۡلَبُونَ

He punishes whoever He wills, and shows mercy to whoever He wills. And you will ˹all˺ be returned to Him.
