022Al-Hajj 22:78 وجاهدوا في الله حق جهاده هو اجتباكم وما جعل عليكم في الدين من حرج ملة ابيكم ابراهيم هو سماكم المسلمين من قبل وفي هاذا ليكون الرسول شهيدا عليكم وتكونوا شهداء على الناس فاقيموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة واعتصموا بالله هو مولاكم فنعم المولى ونعم النصير ٧٨

And strive for Allāh with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. He [i.e., Allāh] named you "Muslims" before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakāh and hold fast to Allāh. He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper.

Strive for ˹the cause of˺ Allah in the way He deserves, for ˹it is˺ He ˹Who˺ has chosen you, and laid upon you no hardship in the religion—the way of your forefather Abraham. ˹It is Allah˺ Who named you ‘the ones who submit’¹ ˹in the˺ earlier ˹Scriptures˺ and in this ˹Quran˺, so that the Messenger may be a witness over you, and that you may be witnesses over humanity. So establish prayer, pay alms-tax, and hold fast to Allah. He ˹alone˺ is your Guardian. What an excellent Guardian, and what an excellent Helper!

तथा अल्लाह के मार्ग में जिहाद करो, जैसा कि उसके जिहाद का हक़¹ है। उसी ने तुम्हें चुना है। और धर्म के मामले में तुमपर कोई तंगी नहीं रखी। यह तुम्हारे पिता इबराहीम का धर्म है। उसी ने इस (क़ुरआन) से पहले तथा इसमें भी तुम्हारा नाम मुसलमान रखा है। ताकि रसूल तुमपर गवाह हों और तुम सब लोगों पर गवाह² बनो। अतः नमाज़ क़ायम करो तथा ज़कात दो और अल्लाह को मज़बूती से पकड़³ लो। वही तुम्हारा संरक्षक है। तो वह क्या ही अच्छा संरक्षक तथा क्या ही अच्छा सहायक है।
